It's common practice within the shoe industry to make their products seem more than what they are. The "Simply Shoes" campaign focuses on the fact that shoes can be just shoes. Clarks shoes are just that, shoes without gimmicks. There are no exaggerations, connections to super human ability, or a new understanding of one's own existence. These are simply shoes.
